Athlete Dress Code at Flip Out Productions: Please bring a water bottle for hydration. Athletes are required to remove shoes and socks before the start of class. Proper attire includes a leotard or form-fitting, comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement. Dresses, skirts, and baggy pants are not permitted for safety reasons. Long hair must be tied back, and jewelry should not be worn during class.
