About Abigail

I have worked part-time and full-time in a daycare setting for the past four years and am looking to transition to caring for children full time in their home. My experience is primarily with infants to toddlers, but I have also worked with children up to 5 years old as a babysitter and as a childcare worker at my church. I am used to watching children of multiple ages at the same time. I enjoy caring for children, and I am able to help them feel loved and comfortable while they are away from their parents. I love to have fun, play, and create things, but I also enjoy quiet moments sitting with children reading, chatting, and being together. I like to help children grow in their independence and confidence by teaching them to try new things and not to be afraid to make a mistake learning something new.
