About Abigail

I'm Abby! While I am new to the professional world of childcare, I have been working with kids for as long as I can remember! I've taught swim lessons, tutored children 1:1, and currently I substitute teach at a K-8 school in my area! I've always loved working in spaces with children, as they bring out my fun-loving spirit as well as my kind and gentle nature. I graduated last May from Loyola University Chicago with a degree in Psychology, and my goal is to earn a Master's Degree in Counseling Psychology to become a Child and Adolescent Therapist! Education is incredibly important to me, so I am more than willing provide tutoring services as well! Overall, working with kids has been a passion of mine since I entered the workforce at 16, and has largely inspired what I hope for in a career. They've helped shape me in every working role I've held, and I can only hope I've been able to give back half of the joy to the kids I've had the pleasure of working with. Hope to see you soon!
