I have over 30 years of experience in nursing. I no longer have a nursing license due to health issues. I have mostly worked in nursing homes and convalescent center early in my career, but have spent a couple of years working skilled care (post surgical, higher need). I also spent some years in Texas doing traveling nursing and worked at a variety of small hospitals and care centers. For the past few years I have provided home care/ companionship. I am comfortable working with older patients, geriatrics is my specialty. I have reliable transportation to and from jobs. I also enjoy taking care of little ones. I have one daughter myself who is 26 years old. And I love animals so that is never a problem for me.

Aimee is amazing. She was one of the primary caregivers I had helping me with my sweet mother (who had Alzheimer's). Aimee's nursing background, wound care treatment, meal prep, bathroom assistance, companionship, compassion and tenderness of care, are all excellent. When she was at work, she focused on my mother's needs. She learned "our system" very quickly and adapted not only to my mother's specific needs at the time but also her progressive needs. She worked seamlessly with hospice no doubt due to her own prior experience in nursing. My mother lived with me and I could leave the house to run errands with 100% peace and confidence that she was in the best hands. I am so grateful that the last year of my mother's life was one of such joy and peace, and Aimee's care was a significant contribution to such a special time for my mother and our family.
