Hi, my name is Alea! I have been babysitting pretty much since I was a young child. I started off helping my mom with her Friends' children and I soon learned my love of being around children, taking care of them, and understanding them. Later on, in my high school career, I pursued child development. For three years I made and taught lesson plans for preschool children and did case studies for individual children to help them improve on their fine motor skills and different subjects. That made me fall in love with the idea of taking care of kids, even more, I just adore being able to see them retain information and see them grow. I am more than willing to show all of my lessons plans my for teaching portfolio if interested I hope that I can talk with you soon and hopefully be able to be a great addition to your children's lives and make things easier for you

Alea is amazing! Music to a mama’s heart when I came upstairs while working and heard my baby being validated and soothed after she woke up sad from her nap. As a child development expert it was so wonderful to know my girls were cared for like I do. She is playful, reliable and flexible 💕
