About Alessia

I am a Pre-K teacher from the Cranston area looking for some extra child care jobs. I teach in East Providence at a catholic school and started out in a daycare toddler room and that is where I fell in love with childcare and early childhood education! I eventually worked my way up into a Preschool room with early 3's and soon became a lead teacher and now work in a 3-5 classroom. I have a natural nurturing instinct and love working with ages 0-5. I also have experience working with school age children and have been a summer camp counselor for the past two summers. I have my Bachelors in Psychology from Rhode Island College and am CPR certified. I am also currently working towards becoming RIELDS certified and am in the LearnERS program through BrightStars.
