About Alexandria

Hello families! I am a 21-year-old graduate student at Barry University. I moved to Miami, now located in Miramar, about a year ago from Charlotte, NC. I have a long-term interest in child care and development, as I aim to become a child psychologist. I have 6 years of experience working with children ages 6 months to 12 years of all different abilities. I have experience as an RBT and am skilled at working with families to optimize the physical, cognitive, and social-emotional wellbeing of their children. I like to utilize play therapy as a means for natural learning while building a strong and loving connection with the children I work with. I am also able to do typically nanny duties: light housekeeping, changing, feeding, bathing, and safe transportation (clean driving record). In my free time I am generally studying, at the gym, reading, or relaxing at the beach. Lastly, I love the outdoors and played tennis and golf for about 6 years in addition to swimming and mountain biking.
