About Alexia

I'd describe my personality as goofy, patient and warm. I like working with kids because they have such big personalities and it's so cool to see them grow. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be helpful. I want to be able to support families and not sit around all day. I started working with kids when I was 17, in 2017 at a youth STEM Center that specialized in teaching kids about science and coding in accesible ways, for ages 4-10. During college I worked two summers at the Orlando Science Center as an Instructor for ages 6-14 for their week long camp curriculums. In 2023 I worked at a pre-school in Orlando with the 1-2-year-old before moving to Fort Pierce. In my spare time, I like to read, watch cartoons and crafting videos, and dote on my cuddly pets. My skills include early learning, non-screen activities, and carpool.
