About Alexis

I'd describe my personality as fun, cooperative, and determined! I truly just want to be someone kids enjoy, while also allowing gaurdians and parents to know that I will work with them however they need! I like working with kids because I find joy in participating in these beautiful stages in life! I aim to build meaningful connections with each child, giving them another ear to listen to them and help them grow each! I'm looking for a job that will be flexible towards my school hours, and allow me to be a helpful hand! I started working with kids when I was 14 as a dance assistant. I, also, babysit cousins and family-friend's kids very often. In my spare time, I like to dance, sing and read! One thing you should know about me is that I always make a goal to be a friend of each child I work with! To help them understand that they are heard and understood! I will always leave room for them to express themselves. My skills include dealing with tantrums and feeding new foods!
