About Alexis

Hello Families! I have been nannying for 10 years! I have babysat newborns to 15-year-olds. I am originally from Minneapolis and moved to Chicago about 7 years ago. I am currently getting my Master's in Public Health. I have a BS in psychology. I have two dogs. I love to craft, travel and spend time with my family and friends! I'd describe my personality as fun, happy and patient. I like working with kids because they cab teach a lot of things. Kids have always gravitated towards me because I have a lot of energy and make sure they have fun while also implementing a learning component to it. I started working with kids when I was 14 years old. I have a lot of younger cousins and they would always come to visit. Since I'm the oldest I had to babysit but I didn't mind because we always had so much fun together. I eventually worked in an after school program at my high school which led to being a personal nanny for a few kids from the school.
