With 8 years experience working with hundreds of children as a Gymnastics Instructor, Birthday Party Host, Camp Counselor, Babysitter, or just plain older Sister and Auntie, I've had the privilege of supporting families and making a positive impact on the lives of young minds. My patient, friendly, and fun-loving nature creates a nurturing environment for children to thrive. I believe in open communication with parents and regularly provide updates on their child's day. Ensuring a safe and structured environment, I'm very comfortable enforcing household rules, but will always follow your lead. I have a Master's degree in Human Resources and work a fully remote corporate job during the week, making my availability for caregiving quite flexible! I'm comfortable caring for two children at a time and have experience with age groups ranging from 3 to 12 years old and above.
