Alicia cared for my mother with advanced Vascular Dementia and she was amazing! First and foremost she was ON TIME and had a very pleasant demeanor and caring smile. She asked me important and relevant questions about my mom and what my expectations were for her care. I tend to apologize for my mom's behavior (sometimes advanced dementia can come with not so pleasant mood swings) and she immediately told me I had nothing to apologize for and that with her experience she would be able to adjust/re-direct as necessary. She spent an entire day caring for my mom and did a wonderful job! Jenn
