Alicia has a huge heart and loves children. When she cared for my boys she cared for them as if they were her own. She always created fun, age appropriate activities for them to engage in and played with them (instead of just watching them play). She is a very sweet, kind ,responsible woman. We consider her to be a part of our family even though the boys have grown an no longer have the need for a nanny.
