About Alicia

I am currently a full time nanny looking for some extra work. I have been working with children since I graduated high school. I started out by babysitting part time and eventually was introduced to a family and became a full time nanny. I worked for this family for about 2. 5 years before they decided to put their child into school. After that I became a lead preschool teacher. I love teaching, although I wish I had more one on one time with my kids. Getting to know your kids on a deeper level makes it easier to create milestones for them and learn their learning style. I love doing arts and crafts, swimming, traveling, etc. I have tried working in other career fields such as customer service and there is no other job that fulfills my soul the way working with children does. I am ECT certified, infant/child/adult CPR and First Aid certified, experience in diaper changing, potty training, switching to solid foods, lesson/activity planning, creating milestones.
