About Alina

Hi! My name is Alina, and it would be a pleasure to work with you! I am a 21-year-old part-time chemistry student, as well as a babysitter and art studio manager. I grew up alongside my brother who is autistic & nonverbal, which has given me a lifetime of experience with special needs, caregiving, and patience. I've worked with multiple lovely families through care. com in the past 4 years, caring for both autistic and neurotypical children. On the weekends I manage an art studio where I teach art classes to kids/adults, host birthday parties, run our art summer camp program, and lead a team of eight studio assistants to provide a creative atmosphere for the whole community. I love to teach, whether it's art classes or tutoring in math, science, or English, I try to make it all fun and easy to learn! I am currently available weekday mornings.
