About Alin

Hi, my name is Alin and I'm currently a student at Northeastern University studying business administration with a double concentration in Supply Chain Operations and Finance. In High School I worked as a student mentor where apart from assisting the students in other aspects of their lives I was also expected to tutor them and study with them several times a week. This included High School subjects ranging form calculus, US history, US government, varying levels of English courses, geometry, and statistics. In addition, I was involved in my school newspaper, initially as a writer, then Entertainment Section Editor, followed by Business Manager my senior year. I was also President of the International Cultures Club and treasurer of the East Brunswick Education Foundation Student Association. I also tutored an 8th grader during my junior year of high school in algebra and English who saw significant improvement in her grades after our one-on-one tutoring sessions. I also received a 2200 on my SATS and graduated high school with a GPA of 3. 78.
