About Allysha

I'd describe my personality as enthusiastic, outgoing, and friendly. I like working with kids because I enjoy being able to watch them grow and learn. I'm looking for a job that will have flexibility yet I will still have plenty of time to get to know the kids and family. I started working with kids when I was in 8th grade, babysitting for church families. I also served in my church's kids area from 6th-12th grade. In high school, I took teaching and child development classes in which my senior year was an intern teacher. Overall, I have very diverse experiences working with kids of all ages and backgrounds. In my spare time, I like to spend time with friends and family and go line dancing. One thing you should know about me is that I love animals so any household with pets is great for me! My skills include communication skills, physical stamina/activity, and decision making skills.
