About Allyson

I'd describe my personality as responsible, kind, and caring. I like working with kids because I like to have a positive impact on the lives of children, build relationships, and secure the opportunity to learn and grow in the caregiving field. I'm looking for a job that is flexible with my school schedule as I am a college student. I would like a job with a friendly environment that will allow me to grow and build connections to allow experiences for children that they can cherish! I started working with kids when when I was younger when I would babysit cousins or dog sit for some of my family's friends. In my spare time, I like to exercise, hang out with my friends, or go shopping. One thing you should know about me is I am very outgoing and love to be around kids who enjoy doing all kinds of activities indoor or outdoors. My skills include patience, communication skills, and decision making skills.
