After reading a review, I had high hopes for Alma. She lives up to the hype. She is pro-active and consistently looks for things to help with. She is considerate and very understanding. But most importantly, she is very warm and energetic with our two-year-old, who she won over almost immediately. Alma is a unicorn 🦄
