Since graduating in 2017 with a Master's degree in Elementary Education (with a Literacy concentration), I've worked as a Kindergarten teacher, a homeschool teacher, a professional nanny, a child care specialist, a reading tutor, and a Keto chef. Prior to earning a degree, I received a 90 Clock Hour Preschool Certification and taught children ages 6 weeks to 12 years at a preschool and daycare center for four years. Interested in positions that involve temporary holiday help. Children tend to naturally gravitate towards me; guiding and offering companionship to them has always been a passion of mine and the driving force in my desire to work in this field. Nothing is more rewarding than watching the children I care for grow, learn, and develop over time. I am a very active babysitter, and I love to engage little ones in outdoor and creative play, arts and crafts, games, and reading. I am also able to help with homework and am familiar with teaching using Common Core.

Mandy is an excellent caretaker and has cared for our 2.5 year old son several times. She is always very helpful, punctual, and accommodating. When Mandy shows up, he only has eyes for her and wants to play right away. Mandy is great about keeping him engaged in fun activities and spending time with him outdoors. We definitely contact her first whenever we come into the area.
