I am CPR and first aid certified CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) certified Assistant Teacher at school that implements DIR (Development Individualized Relationship) & Floor Time Based Intervention. Focusing on child's fundamental developmental capacities to help regulation and promote executive functioning. I will be certified in DIR/FT 101 Course in 4 weeks. I will be adding on DIR/FT 201 Course within 8 weeks. Special Education Experience 3yrs. Currently about halfway through my Undergraduate degree in Educational Studies with a concentration in elementary education, and certificate in trauma informed approaches. I have been working with children for over 5 years. I love to do crafts, watch movies, go for walks, park trips and Minecraft/Nintendo if electronics are allowed. Tutor Children in Reading and Math grades k-5.

Amanda was very polite and easy to work with. We went through the whole initiation process and came to a verbal arrangement. Before even beginning to work for my family she decided to go with another family. She did say that she would work for me for two weeks until I found someone else, but my children would get attached and that wouldn't be fair to them. Be prepared with a back up plan if you decide to go with her so you don't find yourself in a position where you have to hurry and find a replacement. Going to care.com has been a big disappointment and a waste of time and money.
