About Amanda

Hello, I'm a licensed massage therapist of 12 years, but before becoming a massage therapist I worked for 10 years as an in-home caregiver and really enjoyed the rewarding work of caring for those in need. I have experience working with a homecare agency and privately caring for the elderly and sick people in my own family over the years. I've cared for people with varying needs & levels of care: including people with Muscular Dystrophy, Diabetes, Alzheimer's, Pancreatic Cancer, ALS; assisting with bathing, toileting, companionship, exercising, and meal prep. I'm easy going and have a sense of humor, but take the needs, safety, and security of the people I'm caring as my highest priority with the utmost level of concern. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and our dog traveling, hiking, puzzles & games, gardening, art projects, and music. I'm an asthmatic- non-smoker and I'm diligent with safety protocols regarding Covid 19.
