About Amanda

Hi everyone! I'm Amanda, a local in the Point Pleasant/Brick area. I just recently wrapped up grad school, and I'm excited to connect with a family while navigating my job search. Babysitting has been a part of my world since I was 12, but I've been doing it as paid work since I was 15. Currently, I spend part of my week with an amazing family, looking after a 2-year-old and an 8-month-old. I've been with them for a year and a half, caring for the 2-year-old since she was 9 months old and the youngest since she was born! With some free days during the week, I'm here to offer support to another wonderful family! I'm also more than happy to help out with household tasks like kids' laundry, dishes, etc. As a proud pet parent, I'm comfortable with all animals! I have reliable transportation, so I'm ready for any travel needs. I genuinely love spending time with children and being apart of their special moments. I'm looking forward to hopefully contributing to your family!
