About Amanda

In 2007, I started my very first in-home child care business. I took care of 4 children at a time. Ages ranging from new born to 4 years old. I had my own age appropriate curriculum activities on a daily basis and a daily schedule we went by. I sent home weekly planners to keep the parents informed on everything we did that week. I ran my daycare in Virginia for a year and also in Colorado for a year. After that, I took my Career choices to another direction and stated working for elderly people in their homes. I have been an at home caregiver since then but would like to go back to working with children. I have 2 kids myself ages 8 and 1 1/2, both boys. I enjoy being around children so I thought, why not go back to my old days!
