About Amber

I have always enjoyed being around seniors. I volunteered at a nursing home for years just to keep residents company. I would do there hair or paint there nails, go on walks. I loved listening to the stories that were told and we all just want someone to give us some time in life. My grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimers and it was heart breaking but I realized she needed a voice to help her. Since then I have become passionate with helping those that cannot help themselves volunteering my time and would like to take it on as a job starting this summer. I am a pre-k teacher and we are finished with the school year in May.
