In 2013, I graduated from Finger Lakes School of Massage. While I was in school, for part of my hands-on curriculum I worked with a senior and was able to help with some of her minor aches and pains. In addition to pain management and relief, I was able to chat with her, connect with her and build a relationship with her. She was very kind and I could tell she was just happy to be heard. I think that sometimes people forget that ALL humans need companionship, all humans, no matter what age, simply need the gift of presence. With my schedule, I am very capable of giving these things and am happy to help your family in all of the ways that I can! I also am happy to help with errands, housekeeping, meals, etc.
