About Amelia

I am enthusiastic and empathetic with over 7 years of experience as a nanny, camp counselor, and in teaching roles. I have bachelor's degrees in history and English with a passion for reading and writing as well as the ability to assist your child with Spanish and teach beginner ballet. I'm transitioning from corporate sales roles because I aspire to positively impact children's lives and celebrate what makes each one unique. I can comfortably enforce household rules and am diligent in communicating with parents about their child's day or any concerns. I love helping kids learn, promoting nature and physical activity, and engaging in art and building projects (blocks, hot wheels, dollhouses, etc). I am comfortable caring for 2 children and happy to assist with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and supervising swimming. I am CPR certified. Preferably full time/on the books I find joy in empowering children and am committed to providing a safe, nurturing, and creative environment.
