Paula has been a wonderful caregiver and nanny for our daughter, V, since she was eight months old until she just started at a Montessori preschool. Our daughter absolutely loves her and so do we - she has been like a trusted family member to have in our home. Paula is so caring and thoughtful, and it was my greatest comfort to know that V. was in her care. She has helped V. learn so much as she grew through the stages and supporting her to develop independence, strength, and creativity, while providing a safe and loving space for her to flourish and learn. Paula created great structure for V. through her daily needs and activities, evolving them as needed, and also has had great care and attention to detail in our home, whether preparing meals for V. or keeping everything clean and organized (e.g., clothes, toys, rooms). Paula has my highest recommendation and we are forever grateful for V.'s and our time with her!
