I am a mom of three grown children and I had Provided support to families with 9 children from newborn until the age of 10 years, by respecting their individual beliefs and values, exercising great observational skills and examining their non-verbal communication, while showing a calm and caring attitude towards all children at all times. Extensive understanding of how children play, grow and develop. Able to remain patient and calm when children start to misbehave. I am able to identify problems and choose the best solution when trying to solve them. Also I have the ability to understand what the children are feeling without being told. I am able to negotiate with, persuade, sympathize and empathize with them. I have knowledge about nutrition and cooking. I am responsible, reliable, capable of organizing a household, sweet and proactive. I have the ability to nurture and help child without punishment. I can prevent discipline issues and can help to raise happy kids.
