I'd describe my personality as funny, trustworthy and caring. I like working with kids because I like to teach them about the world and engage to help them to develop on the best of their potential! I started working with kids when I was a teenager, 12 years ago! In my spare time, I like to watch tv, play games, go out with friends. One thing you should know about me is that I speak 3 languages and can give kiddos some lessons. I can do meal prep and all kid related chores. I don't use physical punishments. I had develop my own method of gentle good behavior encouragement and can teach the family if desired. I'm caring, trustworthy, loving, responsible! My skills include patience, magical ability to deal with tantrums and at the same time being sweet but firm if I need to be (always respectfully). My favorite encouragement method is Montessori.
