Hi! My name is Andrada and I'm a childcare provider. My experience includes working with multiple kids at the same time (either of the same age or of different ages), traveling with families, working with attention-deficit kids, homework help, meal-prepping, and carpooling. I have recently finished a 3 year job with a lovely family, as they have moved abroad :) I'd describe my personality as calm, friendly and easy-going. I like working with kids because they keep me present. There is no other timeline for them other than now. Being around kids makes everything more interesting. I'm looking to work in a healthy family dynamic that allows the kids a chance to develop their personalities in a safe and welcoming environment. In 2020, as parents moved to working remote and being at home with their kids all day, there was a need for separating family time and work time. It's how I found my first childcare opportunity. Such a sweet person ! We hired Andrada to watch our 2 boys while visiting Long beach for work, few hours per day for 3 days, the kids absolutely loved her. Communication was easy, she was always on time and very flexible. Andrada sent us updates and pictures while she was with the kids. I felt comfortable leaving the kids with her and will definitely contact her again when we come back.
