I have a proven track record of assisting elderly individuals with their daily activities, including personal care, medication management, meal preparation, companionship and MUCH more. I understand the importance of treating each individual with respect, dignity, & empathy while also promoting their independence & well-being. I have excellent communication skills & a patient demeanor, which allows me to build trusting relationships with the elderly & their families. I am attentive to their needs /preferences & I strive to create a safe & nurturing environment where they can thrive.
