I'd describe my personality as easy going caring and patient I like working with kids because Respect , cleanliness and working together as a team to raise the kids to be responsible , educated and respectful I started working with kids when I love to organize and keep things neat also the outdoors in the park . I'm a bit strict as respect means a lot to me , I'm easy going , will go beyond to make the family happy as I take pride in what I do . I'm not exact with everything I'm very flexible . I work with special needs kids which I also enjoyed as the day the most daring things that just makes me laugh a lot . I always like to have a good relationship with the moms as it's easier to communicate which works better in getting things done smoothly My skills include certified CPR .. certified new born care specialist . I'm emotionally strong , patient and caring .
