I'm a certified nurse assistant and CPR certified. I have had 8 yrs of experience working with the elderly with Dementia, Alzheimer's, stroke, , diabetes. I worked in Nursing home, assisted living facility,, group homes and private homes.. I care for my clients in a friendly manner to improve and enhance patient lives through effective and compassionate care. I build strong relationship to deliver emotional support and companionship . I keep clients mentally alert by entertaining , conversing with them. my approach for caring for a clients is knowing and showing enough interest in them by listening to them and promoting discussion and carry out good interactive conservation. I try to promote creative activities that can keep them busy and mentally alert and also give compliments and listening attentively to them at all time and demonstrate compassion, and providing self independence. I have cared for over 100 families in texas . And I'm committed , dedicated and selfless in what I do.
