I like working with kids because I enjoy experiencing the progress, growth, and personalities develop. My previous experiences have developed my instincts and ability to adapt to challenges. Communication regarding expectations and dialogue between myself and the parents/guardians is of the most upmost importance. Mutual respect and trust is critical for a safe and friendly dynamic for the families. I started working with kids when I was 22. Experience from 6 months to high school. In addition, worked with elderly as well as a caregiver. In my spare time, I like to be involved with my Polish community through fundraising, hosting, and staying connected to my roots. One thing you should know about me is I am very active and enjoy sports. In addition, I like to teach about my polish culture and linguistics. I am CPR certified as of 2024 and have the most up to date certification. I can be employed as a W2 employee as I have done in the past and preferred.
