Annie was a wonderful communicator and provided a great boarding experience for my cat, Jackson, for the day. Annie was responsive, patient, and understanding as I was waiting to confirm a timeline around my needs, and I could tell that Jackson felt comfortable with her and the space she provided for him to hang out for the day.
