About Ann

I am currently a first year medical student here in Stony Brook. I have been caring for children since I was old enough to myself, and began babysitting around the age of 15 for family friends. I babysat for multiple families for the entirety of my final year in high school through care. com. During my undergraduate career, I spent 6 months working at an internship as a teacher assistant at an early education center. I spent this time caring for infants and toddlers from 3 months- 4 years old and absolutely fell in love with this age group. I babysat for one family from this program and watched their 1-, 3-, and 6-year-old independently on numerous occasions before CoVID. Currently, I am a medical student with hopes of caring for children one day, as I can't imagine my career not involving kids. At the moment, my schedule is very flexible but also inconsistent, so I am ideally looking to help a family that mainly needs weeknight coverage and occasional weekdays and weekends.
