Hi there! I'm April, and I've been caring for children since I was a teenager, working as a babysitter for neighborhood families, a TA at schools, daycares, and early childhood education centers, and over the last four years as a dedicated part-time nanny. Most recently, I have taught afterschool art and mindfulness classes to children in a nonprofit setting. I'm currently looking for a part- or full-time nanny position caring for 1 or 2 children. I live in the Westchester area but would be willing to relocate for the right opportunity. Passionate about and experienced with: - Arts, crafts, hobbies - Swimming and water safety (Red Cross trained lifeguard and instructor) - Sports including soccer, volleyball, basketball, tennis and more - Education and learning (experience teaching and tutoring in a wide variety of subjects) - Animals including dogs, cats, horses and more - Emotional health, mindfulness and wellness - Outdoor activities and environmentalism - Safe driving record
