I hired Arilda to care for my 2 year old daughter. She was very nice and punctual during the interview and seemed to be a responsible person. She worked for 2 days and then disappeared. The following Monday she sent a message saying she is not right fit for the job as she doesn't have any experience working with kids of my daughter age! She is not dependable at all.
