Having Armelle with us for the past six months has been an extraordinary experience. She is, without a doubt, the best nanny we have ever had, and she will be sorely missed as we transition our children to daycare. Armelle effortlessly takes care of our three children, managing their needs with incredible skill and genuine care. Her exceptional kindness, warmth, and gentle demeanor have created a loving and nurturing environment in our home. Armelle has a remarkable ability to connect with our children, making them feel safe and cherished. Beyond her loving care, she has been a phenomenal teacher, particularly with her excellent French instruction, which has significantly enriched our children's learning. What truly sets Armelle apart is her dedication to going above and beyond in every aspect of her role. She consistently performs tasks beyond her primary responsibilities, such as housekeeping, laundry, and keeping our home tidy. Her attention to detail and proactive attitude have made our lives immeasurably easier and more organized. On days when we have packed schedules, Armelle seamlessly plans everything, ensuring all necessary items are packed and ready to go, and she always has the day perfectly organized. Armelle is always present, engaged, and never on her phone, ensuring our children receive undivided attention and no screen time. She is incredibly open to feedback and not only listens but implements suggestions, continuously improving her already outstanding care. We cannot recommend Armelle highly enough. Any family fortunate enough to have her will be gaining an exceptional nanny who brings dedication, warmth, and excellence to her role. While we are sad to see her go, we know she will continue to make a positive impact wherever she goes.
