I'd describe my personality as outgoing, compassionate and caring. I like caring for seniors because it's rewarding. I love being able to help seniors have a good quality of life. I have patience and I'm attentive to their needs. I'm looking for a job that's dependable, flexible and offers support. I started caring for seniors a year ago. I worked as a Resident Care Aid at a senior living facility. Once I started working I realized that I was a natural born caregiver. I love having people depend on me. I enjoy helping residents gain confidence and independence. One thing you should know about me is that even though I'm new to this industry I'm compassionate and I truly care. I'm easy to get along with and I'm trust worthy . My skills include working with residents with memory care (Alzheimer's/ Dementia ), working with residents that are total care, and working with residents that need assistance with with everyday tasks and activities (cleaning, toileting, eating) .
