My daughters (2 years & 6 months) love when Ashley comes to babysit. Ashley always has fun activities planned and is focused 100% on my girls the whole time. Ashley incorporates their own individual growth and development in her group activities. She knows how to balance all the fun with keeping my daughters in a routine.
