As a friendly and patient caregiver with five years of experience, I'm passionate about nurturing and supporting children's growth. My journey into childcare began with fulfilling babysitting roles, which sparked my desire to positively impact young lives and assist families. I believe in open communication with parents, ensuring that I follow their preferred method, whether it's verbal updates at pickup or regular texts and phone calls. My approach to enforcing household rules is guided by the parents' lead. I strive to create a harmonious environment where children feel safe, respected, and encouraged to learn and explore. When it comes to playtime, I enjoy engaging children in a variety of activities, from outdoor sports and physical games to board games and puzzles. With a background in some college, I'm comfortable caring for up to three children, ranging from toddlers to preteens. I'm also bilingual in English and Spanish.
