I have been working with children from newborn to early teens for the past 12 years. I completed my bachelors degree in psychology focusing on early childhood development and recently graduated with my master's degree in counseling. I have been working full-time as a nanny for the past three years, have experience working in a preschool environment as a lead 2-year-old teacher, and also have experience in early intervention having worked as an ABA (applied behavior analysis--Autism specialist) therapist. I am currently CPR and First Aid certified, and have been certified as a lifeguard in the past.

Ashley has been working for us for a year and a half and we could not be happier with her. She is professional, dependable, and responsible. Our daughters (11 months and almost three years-old) love her. She has a great way with children, she creative and fun. I could not recommend her strongly enough.
