Hi! I am a nursing student at Coppin State Uni. looking to obtain a few hours around my school schedule. I have been working for Care. com for a year now, where I have had the opportunity to provide services for children aged 8mo to 2 years old. My responsibilities included following a structured schedule, preparing light meals, organizing playtime both indoors with toys and outdoors at the local park, nap time, and doing minimal housekeeping tasks. Over the course of my career, I have acquired an understanding of child development and have become skilled at creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for the children in my care. I have also completed CPR and first aid training, equipping me with the ability to handle emergencies calmly and effectively. My initial rate as a nanny is $20 per hour, but I am always open to negotiation. I understand that each family's circumstances and needs may vary, so I am flexible and willing to discuss a rate that works for us both.
