About Autumn

I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate and emotionally intelligent. I started caring for seniors when my neighbors needed help during Covid. He had physical limitations and she had parkinson's disease and dementia. I enjoyed building relationships with them while helping with daily activities. I found fulfillment in making a positive difference in their lives. In my spare time, I like to cook, garden, paint and do home projects. One thing you should know about me is I am a world traveler. I have spent a good amount of time sailing and lived overseas several times. I also served in the US Navy. I am currently working towards becoming a licensed social worker. My skills include companionship, meal preparation, and meditation management. Adaptability, remaining calm in changing environments and working through challenges are my strong points.
