About Avery

I'd describe my personality as energetic, dedicated, and loving. I am very passionate about working especially with kids and put full effort into my time. I work through positivity and passion! I like working with kids because it is a learning experience everyday. Working with kids is always super encouraging to me, I love that no day is the same! Children are always super inspiring to me because they always have such an open mind. I'm looking for a job that allows me to grow as a person and form relationship with the children. I enjoy the responsibility I am taking on as it grows me as a person and I gain new experiences. I started working with kids when my junior year of high school. One thing you should know about me is I respect the family and will listen to what is important to you and your needs! Family and the children I'm watching over is always first priority. My skills include patience, active listener, instructional skills.
