About Aylze

I am excited by the opportunity to work with children because to me it's more than just any old job. Working with kids especially younger children is so special and rewarding because I have the the opportunity to witness their growth and development firsthand. Children bring so much joy and energy into every interaction, making each day unique. I have a younger uncle that was born with Down Syndrome, I immediately started taking care of him after he was born, for 8 years I've cared for him every summer as well as every other school break throughout the years. My sophomore year I transferred to a K-12 school where I was the teacher's assistant for the 3rd-4th grade class and then I moved over to the K-2nd class my senior year. I am currently working at a Montessori school as a lead assistant. I work with 1-3-year-olds in my classroom.
