About Bailey

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, spontaneous and flexible. I am always willing to go above and beyond it make sure everyone is having fun and can adapt to changes in schedules and situations. I like working with kids because I've always been surrounded by them. I've been babysitting for almost 15 years now and everyone always tells me kids gravitate toward me. I love working with kids so much that I am on tract to become a pediatric nurse. I'm looking for a job that allows me to learn from kids. I think kids are amazing ti be around because you learn so much from them and it allows you to become young again. I am looking for a job that respects and cares about me and is semi flexible due to my nursing school schedule. My skills include I have worked with children with autism so I know how to handle complex situations and I allow the kids to always be themselves. I am very hands on and love keeping the kids off screens and actively playing with them whatever the activity may be.
