About Barbara

I like working with kids because we can learn so much about ourselves through them! Kids are tiny in size but serve as huge reminders for us to focus on what matters most in life. They make it easier for us to have joy, regulate our emotions, prioritize our health and safety, and approach each moment with wonder and curiosity. We should all strive to be more like children. In my spare time, I like to spend as much time as I possibly can with my 7-month-old. As a mom with an attachment based parenting style, my daughter goes everywhere with me. I like to hike, cook, clean, garden, and care for house plants with her, to name a few. One thing you should know about me is I put my heart and soul into everything I do. I care deeply about doing a good job and providing the best care for the parents I work for, and treat their children as I would treat my own. My top three skills include CPR and First Aid Certifications, classroom management skills, and child development coursework.
